From first steps to elite competition — we offer programs for every age and level in a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment.
Rhythmic gymnastics is a combination of dance, ballet, expressive movement, and flexibility — along with a unique blend of gymnastics — all while utilizing one of the apparatuses: Rope, Clubs, Ribbon, Ball, and/or Hoop.
Our classes allow athletes to develop discipline, coordination, apparatus mastery, flexibility, fitness, and strength — and so much more. It's an incredible opportunity for a complete physical education, while building self-esteem and confidence in public performance.
Develops coordination, jumping ability, and rhythmic timing through dynamic rope handling.
Two clubs are manipulated simultaneously, building ambidexterity, asymmetric coordination, and dexterity.
A long flowing ribbon attached to a stick creates spirals, snakes, and throws — showcasing artistry and spatial awareness.
Smooth rolling, bouncing, and balancing movements with the ball emphasize fluidity and body coordination.
Rotations, throws, and body passes through the hoop build flexibility, timing, and spatial control.
A fun, nurturing introduction to movement, coordination, and rhythm for our youngest athletes.
Non-competitive classes focused on skill-building, flexibility, and a love for the sport.
Structured competitive training for athletes pursuing regional and national Xcel competitions.
Xcel-level training and choreography without the competition commitment — perfect for dedicated recreational athletes.
Development Program for athletes advancing through USAG levels 3–8 with structured progressions.
International-level training following FIG code of points — our highest competitive pathway toward national and world stages.
Whether your child is just beginning or aiming for competitive training, our rhythmic gymnastics program provides a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment to help them grow both as athletes and individuals.
While we appreciate our parents and all that they do, we insist that parents remain outside the gym in a designated parent area during training — as your presence can be distracting to other athletes as well as your own.
