Rhythmic gymnastics
Is a combination of dance, ballet, expressive movement and flexibility along with a unique blend of gymnastics, while utilizing one of the apparatuses (Rope, Clubs, Ribbon, Ball and/or Hoop).
Our classes allow the girls to learn discipline, coordination, apparatus utilization, flexibility, fitness, strength and so much more. It's a great opportunity for an all around physical education, while growing their self-esteem and public performance building.
We offer toddler classes, various levels of introductory class training and team training levels 3 - 10.
General Class Information
Speak to your child about listening to the instructor and following directions.
Please check and make sure that child uses the bathroom prior to beginning of each class.
Chewing gum, candy or food is not allowed in the gym.
Please arrive to your class 10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
No one except a gymnasts and a coach is allowed in the gym
Dress Code
All athletes are required to wear tightly fit clothing, black in color and white socks.
Long hair should be secured back, out of the athletes face.
Please refrain from wearing jewelry during practice.
No shoes on the gym carpet at any time.
Parent Information
While we appreciate our parents and all that they do, we insist that parents remain outside the gym in a designated parent area during training as your presence can be distracting to other girls as well as your own.
No Photography or Videography is allowed during training.
