Rhythmic gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics is a combination of dance, ballet, expressive movement, and flexibility, along with a unique blend of gymnastics — all while utilizing one of the apparatuses: Rope, Clubs, Ribbon, Ball, and/or Hoop.

Class Information
Our classes allow athletes to develop discipline, coordination, apparatus mastery, flexibility, fitness, and strength — and so much more. It’s an incredible opportunity for a complete physical education, while building self-esteem and confidence in public performance.
We offer:
• Toddler Classes (Ages 3–5)
• Introductory Training for various levels
• Competitive Team Training

What Your Child Will Learn:
- Graceful movement combined with athletic skill
- Handling and mastery of rhythmic gymnastics apparatuses
- Core strength, balance, and posture
- Musicality, rhythm, and artistic expression
- Choreography and performance skills

Benefits of Rhythmic Gymnastics:
- Builds confidence and self-discipline
- Improves flexibility, agility, and coordination
- Develops teamwork and sportsmanship
- Encourages a healthy and active lifestyle
- Nurtures creativity through artistic performance

Whether your child is just beginning or aiming for competitive training, our rhythmic gymnastics program provides a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment to help them grow both as athletes and individuals.

Parent Information
While we appreciate our parents and all that they do, we insist that parents remain outside the gym in a designated parent area during training as your presence can be distracting to other girls as well as your own.
